How Long Does the Credit Restoration Process Take?
The process can take up to 3 months for those on the Credit+ Disputing plan. This means that you will not pay for more than 3 months of service. You NEED to complete the payment plan in order for the services to be completed. Failure to pay the remaining bill or on time CAN cause a delay in service.
How Long Are Free Consultations Offered From Books?
Consultations are good for up to 60 days from the date of purchase!
Why Do We Need Your Personal Information?
Your personal information is a REQUIREMENT in order to be serviced. We cannot access your account without your personal information which includes a driver's license and recent utility bill.
How much is the first work fee for credit restoration?
The first work fee in order to start services with TWM is $125.
Can We Help with FICO Score Boosting?
Yes, at TWM, we specialize in providing our clients with a wide range of credit building tradelines that can help them get approved! We cannot give you an estimate of what your FICO score can be.

Is There A Cancelation Policy?
You can cancel your service at anytime without penalty. There are no contracts. You must cancel before your billing cycle in order to prevent any charges. If you do not cancel prior to the billing cycle then you will be charged for the month.
When Is Our Operating Hours?
We communicate Monday Thru Saturday from 8AM to 7PM EST. Sundays and Federal Holidays are Days in which we do not work. Thank you!
How long does it take for agenices to respond by mail?
The process typically takes up to 30 days for agencies and bureaus to respond.
How long will it take to file your taxes?
It will take us 24 business hours in order for us to completely file your taxes (from the time in which your session is scheduled).
Are There Refunds?
There are NO REFUNDS for a purchase of our service.
How Long Does It Take To Complete a Resume & Linkedin Profile?
The process takes TEN (10) to FOURTEEN (14) business days to complete. We need the time in order to effectively create an algorithm.
How Much Can We Receive From Tax Filings?
We ensure our clients that we can maximize their state and federal taxes. We provide each client with a full analysis of past and current years.
How Early and Late Can You Book Appointment?
Appointments MUST BE booked 24 hours in advance! There are no same day appointments UNLESS we specifically offer it as a courtesy. Appointments cannot be rescheduled during the same day!
